Dr. White is the Founder and Apostolic Servant Leader of The Kingdom of God Fellowship - A Church Without Walls and International Fellowship of Churches and Ministries.  She is the Messianic Servant Leader of The Way of Salvation Messianic Congregation, CEO and Executive Director of The Refuge Enrichment Community Center, a 501c3 Non-Profit Corporation, Global Bible College and Seminary, Wise Business Choices, Inc., and John 316 Publishing.  She is the Overseer of the North Carolina District for The Refuge, managed and operated by Dr. Barbara Baker, assisting the Rockingham County community and helping to take care of the basic everyday needs of the poor and needy.  Dr. White is building to assist her local community, Clay County, in Florida.

Dr. White preaches, teaches, mentors, and coaches through apostolic revelation and oil to empower and enlighten God's people for kingdom work.

 

Her mission and mandate is to strategically plant teaching centers globally using the power of the worldwide web, bringing Believers back to God's heart through the love of His Word. From this, her desire is to have men and women experience the true power of God's signs, wonders, and miracles that follow the Word.

Dr. White was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in Reidsville, NC.  She is a wife and spiritual mother.  She received her calling to preach and was ordained to the Office of Pastor / Teacher in 2002.  She was later elevated to Evangelist in 2008  and advanced to the Office of the Apostle in 2011 through Janice Fountaine Ministries, led by Presiding Apostle Dr. Janice Fountaine, Capitol Heights, Maryland.  Dr. White was affirmed as Apostle through the International Ministries Fellowship in 2013, led by Apostle George & Pastor Grace Akalonu, International President.

Dr. White graduated from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camila, GA, with her Doctor of Theology, specializing in Pastoral Leadership, and Faith Theological Seminary in Tampa, FL, with her Bachelor of Theology. She then went on to receive her Master of Divinity. She was later granted an honorary Doctorate of Divinity in 2008.  

 

Dr. White is the author of numerous publications, including The Destiny Series, The Apostolic Ministers Manual, Ministry of Hospitality, Healing Scriptures, and The Workings of The Holy Spirit.
